Intention
My work is direct, empathic, warm, and collaborative. Together, we focus on what matters most to you, helping you find more ease, more energy, and a deeper sense of self-worth. I work with a wide range of concerns and backgrounds, including depression, anxiety, relational trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and chronic pain and illness, as well as those exploring different facets of identity.
About Emily
My path to psychotherapy has been anything but linear, and I think that's what makes my work richer. I bring over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and a background in the fine arts into every session, alongside extensive training and ongoing study in attachment and trauma psychology, somatic therapies, neurobiology, and mindfulness-based approaches.
This breadth of experience means I approach each client as a whole person, mind, body, and story. I'm endlessly curious about what shapes us, what holds us back, and what helps us heal.
Virtual and in-person sessions
