Psychotherapy
A space to understand and move forward.
Psychotherapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what you are experiencing. It creates space to understand patterns, process emotions, and begin to shift what feels stuck.
This work is not about fixing you. It is about developing a clearer relationship with yourself so you can move through life with more ease and intention.
How Therapy Can Help
People often begin therapy when anxiety feels constant, emotions feel overwhelming, or certain patterns in relationships keep repeating. You may feel disconnected, uncertain, or aware that something is not working the way it once did.
Therapy helps you understand these patterns, manage stress more effectively, and process experiences that continue to shape your present. Over time, this work supports stronger relationships, greater emotional resilience, and a more grounded sense of self.
My Approach
Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you. The work is informed by psychodynamic and relational therapy, along with trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and an awareness of how emotions are held in the body. Together, we explore what is beneath the surface and create space for meaningful and lasting change.
Virtual and In-Person Sessions
Sessions are available in person in Evanston, Illinois and virtually for clients across Illinois, offering flexibility while maintaining a consistent and thoughtful experience.
